All of El Cholo's tamales are handmade with fresh ingredients from recipes that have been handed down through generations. All tamales are perishable and shipped frozen via DHL overnight shipping. Upon receipt, please place tamales in your freezer or refrigerator as soon as possible. Tamales will keep in your freezer for up to 3 months and 7-10 days in your refrigerator. Once tamales have thawed, they cannot be re-frozen. Each package comes with heating instructions, serving suggestions and a sauce to accompany all three.

Enjoy our signature tamales, made from Grandma Rosa’s "Early Arizona Days" Recipe! Fresh corn off the cob, Corn Masa, Cheddar Cheese and Ortega Chile, Baked in its own husk. Available in restaurants May through October only, but now offered online all year round. Tamales are sold by the dozen.
